Analysis of Curative Effect of Turtle Shell Pills on Liver Cirrhosis and Influence of TNF-α and IL-6 Levels
Objective To investigate curative effect of turtle shell pills on liver cirrhosis and influence of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 levels.Methods The paper chose 88 patients with liver cirrhosis in Wuxi City Xinwu District Xinrui Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups with random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with entecavir,while the observation group with turtle shell pills.The liver function,inflammatory factors,liver fibrosis indicators,and treatment effect were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,levels of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,and total bilirubin in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).Levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and interleukin-1 β in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).Levels of type Ⅲ procollagen,type Ⅳ collagen,hyaluronic acid,and laminin in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).Total effective rate of the observation group treatment was 97.73％,higher than 81.82％ in the control group (x2=4.456,P=0.035).Conclusion Turtle shell pills can improve liver function,inflammatory factors,liver fibrosis indicators and enhance curative effect of liver cirrhosis.
