Effect Observation of Vocal Polyp Removal Surgery under Electronic Laryngoscopy Combined with Nebulization Inhalation under Electronic Laryngoscopy for Vocal Polyps
Objective To observe the effect of vocal polyp removal surgery under electronic laryngoscopy combined with nebulization inhalation in treatment of vocal cord polyps.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with vocal cord polyps from February 2019 to February 2022 for study,and divided them into the experimental group and the reference group according to treatment method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with vocal cord polyp removal under electronic laryngoscope,while the experimental group with vocal cord polyp removal under electronic laryngoscope combined with nebulization inhalation.The voice indicators of jitter (JT),noise energy (NE),harmonic noise ratio (HN),noise disturbance value,clinical symptom scores (hoarseness,voice fatigue,pharyngeal pain,vocal range changes),complication incidence index,and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between two groups before treatment and 1 day before discharge.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in levels of voice indicators and clinical symptom scores between two groups (P>0.05).One day before discharge,both groups showed improvement in voice indicators.The experimental group had lower JT,NE,and SH scores than the reference group,and higher HN scores than reference group (P<0.05).Clinical symptom scores of both groups decreased,and the experimental group had lower scores for hoarseness,voice fatigue,pharyngeal pain,and changes in vocal range than the reference group (P<0.05).Incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than reference group (P<0.05),and satisfaction degree of patients was higher than the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of vocal polyp removal surgery under electronic laryngoscopy and nebulization inhalation can achieve ideal effect for vocal cord polyps,can help recovery of voice function,reduce symptoms of hoarseness,eye pains and complications,which is in line with treatment expectations of patients.
