Objective To study and analyze manual therapy+exercise therapy in treatment of chronic rotator cuff injury patients,and explore the treatment effect on shoulder joint function of patients.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with chronic rotator cuff injury from May 2022 to July 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into the study group and the control group with random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with manual therapy combined with exercise therapy,while the control group with electroacupuncture treatment.Curative effect of treatment was compared.Results The shoulder joint function scores of the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group,comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of manual therapy and exercise therapy can promote recovery of shoulder joint function,improve shoulder joint function,reduce pains,and lower incidence of adverse reactions of chronic rotator cuff injury significantly.
