Comparative Study on Safety of Laparoscopic Primary Suture of Common Bile Duct for Common Bile Duct Calculi Combined with Acute Pancreatitis
Objective To compare and analyze the effect and safety of different laparoscopic surgical methods for common bile duct calculi combined with acute biliary pancreatitis. Methods The paper chose 53 patients with common bile duct calculi complicated with biliary pancreatitis in our hospital from March 2019 to December 2022 as study subjects, treated with laparoscopic stone exploration and removal surgery including T-tube drainage group and primary suture group. Results 53 cases completed laparoscopic exploration of common bile duct successfully, including 26 cases of T-tube drainage and 27 cases of primary suture group. There were no cases of bile leakage, obstructive jaundice, postoperative bleeding, cholangitis,or pancreatitis after surgery. Conclusion Laparoscopic choledochotomy and primary suture is effective and safe for common bile duct calculi patients with acute biliary pancreatitis. When conditions of common bile duct and biliary tract permit, laparoscopic choledochotomy and primary suture can be the preferred surgical method for patients with common bile duct calculi and acute biliary pancreatitis.
