Improvement Effect of Transparent Cap Assisted Endoscopic Sclerotherapy Injection on Postoperative Pains and Anorectal Dynamics of Patients with Grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ Internal Hemorrhoids
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of endoscopic transparent cap assisted sclerotherapy in the treatment of patients with grade Ⅱ to Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids, analyze the pain degree of patients, and understand the improvement of anorectal dynamics. Methods A total of 122 cases were selected from January 2020 to March 2022.All samples had significant grade Ⅱ to Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids.Group selection random number table method, that is,control group and observation group,61 cases. The control group received endoscopic ligation, and the observation group was treated with cinnamyl alcohol sclerosing agent injection on this basis, and were followed up for 3 months. The clinical correlation indexes of each group were compared. Results In terms of intraoperative blood loss, the observation group was lower than the other group.Compared with the wound healing of each group, the operation time of the control group was longer, while the analysis of the operation time of each group showed that the control group was shorter (P<0.05).Compared with pre-operation,ARP,MSP and RRP were decreased 3 months after operation in both groups, but the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the pain score, blood loss score, hemorrhoidal prolapse score, quality of life score and total complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of transparent cap assisted endoscopic sarifying agent injection in patients with grade Ⅱ~Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, promote wound healing, reduce the degree of pain, regulate anorectal dynamics, and have high safety.
