Effect of Modified Six Ingredients Decoction on Immune Function of Elderly Advanced Lung Cancer Patients with Chemotherapy
Objective To explore the effect of modified six ingredients decoction on immune function and clinical effect of elderly advanced lung cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods The paper chose 76 elderly advanced lung cancer patients with chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 for study, and divided them into two groups randomly with envelope randomization, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture treatment, while the observation group with modified six ingredients decoction based on the control group.Clinical effect of the patients was observed. Results NSE,CEA,CYERA21-1,CA12-5 of patients showed no significant difference before treatment (P>0.05),while the observation group showed more significant improvement in indicators after treatment, with significant difference (P<0.05).Clinical effect of the observation group was higher than the control group (86.84%,68.42%),difference was significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum indicators (VEGF,bFGF,MMP-9) of patients before treatment (P>0.05).The observation group showed greater improvement after treatment, with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in immune function indicators of patients before treatment (CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+) (P>0.05),while the observation group showed better improvement after treatment, with significant difference (P<0.05).The adverse reactions were significantly lower in the observation group (13.16%,36.84%),with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Modified six ingredients decoction can achieve significant curative effect for elderly advanced lung cancer patients with chemotherapy, can improve immune function, tumor marker levels of patients, prolong life cycle, reduce inflammation levels in the body, can reduce adverse reactions with high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
