Observation and Nursing of the Labor Process Based on Cervical Dilation Balloon Combined with Oxytocin Induction
Objective The labor observation and nursing results of cervical dilation balloon and oxytocin were analyzed.Methods The paper chose 100 puerperas treated with cervical dilation balloon combined with oxytocin intervention from January 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.The observation group was treated with high-quality nursing,while the control group with routine nursing.Difference in nursing effect between two groups was summarized.Results The delivery time of the observation group was shorter than the control group,and the postpartum bleeding was less,the proportion of vaginal delivery was higher,and incidence of postpartum complications was lower.Moreover,nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher,data difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion During nursing intervention stage of cervical dilation balloon combined with oxytocin induction for pregnant women,nursing staff can achieve the goal of shortening labor process and reducing postpartum bleeding through high-quality nursing methods,with great significance for preventing related complications,which is worthy of promotion.
