Application Research of Experiential Teaching Method in Nursing Internship Teaching in Internal Neurology Department
Objective To analyze application value of experiential teaching method in nursing internship teaching in internal neurology department and explore high-quality teaching methods.Methods The experiential teaching method was carried out in nursing internship teaching in internal neurology department of our hospital in 2021.2020—2021 was treated as the pre teaching period (59 interns for study),treated with traditional teaching method,and 2021—2022 was treated as the post teaching period (58 interns for study),treated with experiential teaching method.Satisfaction degree,teaching performance,comprehensive ability,and teaching quality of interns were evaluated in different periods.Results Satisfaction degree of interns after teaching was significantly higher than before,with value difference(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge and clinical practice scores after teaching were higher than before,with value difference (P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores after teaching were higher than before,with value difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Experiential teaching method can achieve significant value in nursing internship teaching of internal neurology department,can improve teaching performance and satisfaction degree,which is conducive to cultivating nursing talents with strong comprehensive abilities.
