Nursing Effect Analysis of Seamless Nursing Quality Management on Patients with Digestive Endoscopy Diagnosis and Treatment
Objective To summarize nursing experience of seamless nursing quality management for patients with digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment,and its effect on negative psychology and complications of patients.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups with random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing management,and the observation group with seamless nursing quality management.Improvement of anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) emotions of patients was evaluated,recovery indicators and hospitalization costs,followup complications were recorded,and satisfaction degree of patients was investigated.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the groups before nursing,P>0.05.After nursing,the observation group had lower scores,P<0.05.The observation group had shorter gastrointestinal function recovery time and length of stay than the control group,and total hospitalization cost was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Incidence of complications of two groups was 4.00％ vs 16.00％,that of the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).There was significant difference in nursing satisfaction degree between the observation group (98.00％) and the control group (84.00％) (P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing quality management can improve negative emotions of patients with digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment,shorten gastrointestinal function recovery time,save medical costs,reduce complications,with high satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
