Effect of Predictive Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotions,Treatment Compliance and Sleep Quality of Elderly Patients with Heart Failure
Objective To study and analyze the effect of predictive nursing intervention on negative emotions,treatment compliance and sleep quality of elderly patients with heart failure.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with heart failure in our hospital from September 2022 to October 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups according to the odd even number method,with odd numbers in the observation group (n=40) and even numbers in the control group (n=40).The SDS scores,SAS scores,PSQI scores,SF-36 scores,and treatment compliance were observed and compared between two groups before and after nursing.Results The SDS and SAS scores in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than before nursing and the control group (P<0.05).The PSQI scores of the observation group after nursing were significantly lower,and the SF-36 scores were significantly higher than that before nursing and the control group (P<0.05).The observation group had higher overall compliance rate than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can achieve good effect in nursing of elderly patients with heart failure,can improve negative emotions,sleep quality and treatment compliance,which is worthy of clinical application.
