Effect Analysis of Continuous Nursing on Compliance of Tumor Patients with Home Oral Chemotherapy Medications
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nuring on compliance of tumor patients with home oral chemotherapy drugs.Methods The paper chose 120 cancer patients with home oral chemotherapy treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group with continuous nursing.The medication compliance,psychological status,and perceived burden was compared between two groups.Results The medication compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).The anxiety,depression,stress,and DASS-21 total scores of the observation group after nursing were all lower than the control group (P<0.05).The physical,economic,psychological and SPBS total scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can achieve positive effect on the compliance of tumor patients with home oral chemotherapy drugs,and can improve psychological state and reduce self burden sense of patients.
