Effect of Systematic Nursing on Postoperative Complications of Gastrointestinal Polyps Patients with Endoscopic EMR Surgery
Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing on postoperative complications of gastrointestinal polyps patients with endoscopic polyp EMR surgery. Methods The paper chose 492 patients with endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) in Huai'an No.82 Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 as study subjects, and divided them into the control group (246 cases) and study group (246 cases) randomly with numerical table method.Among them, the control group was treated with routine nursing, while the study group with systematic nursing interventions on the basis of routine nursing.Life quality (GQOLI-74),incidence of postoperative complications, and satisfaction degree with nursing was evaluated and compared between two groups before and after nursing. Results Life quality of both groups after nursing was higher than before, comparison between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).In addition, the GQOLI-74 scores of the study group were higher than the control group, and difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing care, nursing satisfaction of patients in study group was significantly higher than the control group, and difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications in study group was significantly lower than the control group, difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing can achieve significantly better effect than routine nursing in postoperative management of endoscopic gastrointestinal polyp EMR surgery, can improve life quality, increase nursing satisfaction degree, and reduce incidence of postoperative complications of patients effectively.
