Application Effect Exploration of Nursing Projects in Screening Dysphagia of Acute Stroke Patients
Objective To observe and explore application effect of nursing projects in screening dysphagia of acute stroke patients. Methods The paper chose 70 patients diagnosed with acute stroke in our hospital (from October 2020 to July 2022),and divided them into different groups for dysphagia screening.Among them,35 cases were treated with nursing specialized screening for dysphagia as study group, while the other 35 cases with routine screening for dysphagia as the control group.Mastery scores of professional theories and skills of nursing staff were compared before and after nursing projects, completion rate of dysphagia screening and gastric tube retention rate was calculated between two groups, and satisfaction degree with nursing of patients was evaluated. Results Analysis and evaluation of mastery of professional theory and skills of nursing staff with nursing projects showed, there was significant higher evaluation of relevant knowledge mastery and operational skills than before the project. The comparison of nursing staff scores before and after the nursing projects showed P<0.05.The completion screening rate of dysphagia in the study group was higher than the control group, while the retention rate of gastric tubes was lower than the control group (P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion During dysphagia screening of acute stroke patients, nursing project intervention can improve mastery of relevant knowledge and operational skills of nursing staff significantly, enhance screening completion of dysphagia, reduce gastric tube retention rate, and improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients, with ideal effect.
