Application Effect Analysis of Continuous Nursing Combined with Family Health Education in Treatment of Pediatric Asthma
Objective To analyze application effect of continuous nursing combined with family health education in treatment of pediatric asthma.Methods The paper divided 100 children with asthma in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 into two groups with 1︰1 random sequence method by computer.Among them,50 cases were treated with routine nursing as the reference group,and the other 50 cases with continuous nursing combined with family health education as the study group.Nursing effect was summarized.Results The number of hospitalizations and recurrent attacks in the study group were lower than reference group,P<0.05.The study group had higher compliance than the reference group,P<0.05.The satisfaction degree of family members in the study group was significantly higher than the reference group,P<0.05.Mental health,social function,physical pains,and physiological function in the study group were significantly higher than the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion Combination of continuous nursing and family health education can achieve ideal effect for children with asthma,can improve compliance and intervention effect significantly,reduce number of relapses and gain higher recognition from family members,which has extremely high clinical application value.
