Application Effect of Root Cause Analysis Method in Adverse Events of Delayed Supply of Urgent Precision Surgical Instruments
Objective To explore the application effect of root cause analysis in the event of delayed supply of urgent precision surgical instruments.Methods 100 pieces of urgent precision surgical instruments received in our hospital from January to December,2022 were selected as the research object,and traditional management methods were implemented before January to June,2022.After the management from July to December,2022,the root cause analysis method was implemented to compare the incidence of adverse events of delayed supply of surgical instruments before and after the management.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events of surgical instruments (P>0.05).Conclusion In the management of urgent precision surgical instruments,root cause analysis can ensure the timely supply of instruments and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,which can be popularized.
