Objective To explore the effect of the family empowerment nursing model on symptoms of patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis,and analyze its influence of nursing abilities of caregivers.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in our hospital from May 1,2022 to December 30,2022,and divided them into the the control group and the study group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic nursing,while the study group was treated with a family empowerment nursing model.The improvement of symptoms was compared between two groups,and emotional states of patients and caregivers were evaluated with scale.Difference in caregiver nursing abilities was investigated and compared.Results The improvement rate of various symptoms in the study group after nursing was higher than the control group (P<0.05).After nursing,nursing ability scores of caregivers in the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The family empowerment nursing model can achieve positive significance during nursing of patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis,can improve nursing ability of caregivers,promote symptom improvement and disease progression,which is worthy of application and reference.
