Effect Research of Refined Management Mode on Optimizing the Quality Management Effect in Inpatient Pharmacy
Objective To apply the refined management mode to quality management of inpatient pharmacies,explore and analyze its management effect.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 500 inpatient pharmacy prescriptions from June 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into the reference group and the study group based on application of refined management.The reference group was treated with routine inpatient pharmacy management from June 2022 to December 2022,while the study group with refined inpatient pharmacy management from January 2023 to June 2023.The quality of inpatient pharmacy management,work efficiency,and satisfaction degree of patients was compared.Results Medication dispensing error rate,prescription failure rate,registration error rate and omission rate of fine anesthesia prescriptions,and expired drug scrap rate in the study group was lower than reference group,(P<0.05).Time of unilateral dispensing,medication collection,and inventory in the study group was shorter than the reference group,(P<0.05).The medication instructions,dispensing efficiency,dispensing process,consistency between drugs and prescriptions,and overall satisfaction degree of the study group were higher than the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion Refined management concept can effectively optimize workflow,promote work quality and improve efficiency,strengthen satisfaction degree of patients,during quality management of hospital inpatient pharmacies,which is worthy of promotion and application in hospitals.
