The paper aims to analyze the optimization strategies for quality management of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in hospital pharmacies.Chinese herbal medicine decoction piece is an important traditional Chinese medicine drug,whose quality management directly affects treatment effect and safety of patients.The paper first emphasizes the importance of strengthening quality management of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in hospital pharmacies,and analyzes current situation and existing problems of quality management of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.On the basis,it proposes the following optimization strategies:firstly,strengthening management of suppliers,establishing stable supply chains,and ensuring quality stability and traceability of raw materials;secondly,strengthening quality control,establishing sound quality evaluation system for traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,implementing quality standards strictly,and improving quality management processes;thirdly,strengthening staff training,improving professional level and quality awareness of hospital pharmacy staff,and ensuring that they can use,store,and prepare traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces reasonably;fourthly,strengthening information technology construction,achieving digitalization and intelligence in quality management with advanced information technology means,and improving management efficiency and accuracy.Through these optimization strategies,the quality management of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in hospital pharmacies can be improved,and treatment effect and safety of patients can be enhanced.
