Effect of the Internet Based Continuous Rehabilitation on Orthopedic Patients
Objective To understand the clinical effect of "the Internet plus continuous rehabilitation" nursing intervention in nursing program of orthopedic patients,observe and analyze nursing intervention effect on patients.Methods The paper chose 80 orthopedic patients in the hospital from July 2022 to March 2023 as research subjects,and construct detailed groups based on random number table method,with 40 participants in the control group and 40 participants in observation group.The former was treated with routine nursing intervention strategy,while the latter with routine nursing intervention strategy+continuous rehabilitation nursing strategy under the Internet.Indicators of related items were studied and reflected by scoring,satisfaction degree with hospital nursing was investigated between two groups.Results After the implementation of the nursing intervention strategy,compared with the relevant indicators of patients in the control group,the self-efficacy data of patients in the observation group was better,the data difference was significant and P<0.05;the self-care data of patients in the observation group was larger than the relevant indicators of patients in the control group,the data difference was significant and P<0.05.The living ability data of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical nursing,routine nursing program can improve the condition of patients,with no ideal comprehensive indicators.On the basis of routine nursing,the "Internet plus continuous rehabilitation" nursing intervention can improve self-effect of orthopedic patients effectively,help them form good self-care and living ability,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
