Application Research of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Preoperative Evaluation and Postoperative Monitoring of Autogenous Arteriovenous Fistula
Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasound in preoperative evaluation and postoperative monitoring of autogenous arteriovenous fistula (AVF). Methods The paper chose 115 patients with AVF surgery in Jianli City People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 as study samples, and divided them into group A (the successful group,93 cases) and group B (the failed group,22 cases) based on fistula status at the end of 3-month follow-up after surgery. Color Doppler ultrasound detection was carried out before surgery and 1,2,and 3 months after surgery, ultrasound features were recorded. Results Before surgery, radial artery diameter and jugular vein diameter in group A was less than B,radial artery blood flow, jugular vein blood flow in group A was lower than B. During 3-month follow-up period after surgery, radial artery diameter, jugular vein diameter in group A was less than group B,radial artery blood flow, jugular vein blood flow and PSV in group A was lower than group B. During 3-month followup period after surgery, the EDV in group A was faster than group, the RI in group A was higher than group B,with P<0.05. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can achieve good preoperative and postoperative vascular monitoring conditions of AVF patients, can monitor inner diameter and blood flow of radial artery and jugular vein vessels before and after surgery effectively, which has significant value in clinical evaluation of success of arteriovenous fistula of AVF patients after surgery.
