本文对计算药剂学领域的最新研究进展及其应用进行综述,旨在为解决复杂药物递送系统中无法仅凭经验或试错法解决的问题提供新的视角。通过检索与计算药剂学相关的最新研究文献,本文对其中的原理和应用现状进行综合评述。计算药剂学依托于人工智能和机器学习技术,运用分子建模、过程模拟、生物药剂学建模等多尺度数学模拟手段,为传统药剂学中的辅料选择、固体分散体技术应用以及自乳化系统、眼部药物递送系统、3D打印药物制剂等新兴领域提供了创新的解决方案。尽管计算药剂学目前能够为多种药物制剂提供初步的实验预测,但其预测的精确度仍有待进一步提高。
Research Progress on Application of Computational Pharmacy
To carry on brief overview of principles and applications of the latest research progress of computational pharmacy,and provide new ideas for complex drug delivery systems that cannot be solved by experience and trial error. The paper retrieved the latest research and application progress literature related to computational pharmacy,extracted and reviewed the latest status of the principles and applications. Computational pharmacy,based on artificial intelligence and machine learning,provided new solutions for traditional pharmaceutical excipient prescription screening,solid dispersion applications,self emulsification systems,eye delivery systems,3D printing formulations,and other fields in new drug formulations with multi-scale mathematical simulation methods of molecular modeling,process simulation and biopharmaceutical modeling. Currently,computational pharmacy can provide rough predictions for various drug formulations before experiments,but there is still significant room for improvement of prediction accuracy.
