Curative Effect of Qi li Dahuang Xiefei Tang,Astragalus Membranaceus and Rheum Officinale Combined with Routine Western Medicine Treatment on Type Ⅱ Respiratory Failure Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease and Its Effect on Inflammatory Factors
Objective To evaluate curative effect of Qi li Dahuang Xiefei Tang,astragalus membranaceus and rheum officinale combined with routine western medicine treatment on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease type Ⅱ respiratory failure and its effect on inflammatory factors. Methods The paper chose 78 patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease (referred to as pulmonary heart disease) for retrospective study. One group was treated with routine western medicine as the control group (37 cases),the other group was treated with lung pathogenic fire purging decoction of draba,astragalus membranaceus and rheum officinale combined with routine western medicine as the observation group(41 cases). Curative effect was evaluated with treatment course of two weeks. Inflammatory factors of procalcitonin (PCT),interleukin-6 (IL-6),and C-reactive protein (CRP) were measured before and after treatment. Results Clinical effect of the control group was lower than the observation group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05). The serum PCT,IL-6,and CRP indicators in both groups after treatment were lower than before (P＜0.05). The observation group had significantly lower levels of serum PCT,IL-6,and CRP after treatment than the control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05). Conclusion Combination of Qi li Dahuang Xiefei Tang,astragalus membranaceus and rheum officinale and routine western medicine can achieve definite curative effect on type Ⅱ respiratory failure of pulmonary heart disease,can reduce secretion of inflammatory factors,is an effective treatment plan of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
