Value Analysis of Combined Detection of Homocysteine,Hypersensitive C-Reactive Protein,and Apolipoprotein A in Diagnosis and Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To evaluate combined detection value of homocysteine (Hcy),hypersensitive C-reactive protein (Hs CRP),and apolipoprotein A (ApoA) in diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods The paper chose 76 cases with confirmed clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease met the basic criteria of the study in our hospital as research subjects,and divided them into 25 cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI),21 cases of unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and 30 cases of stable angina pectoris (SAP) according to disease classification. At the same time,45 healthy individuals with physical examinations during the same period were included in the control group. The paper extracted blood samples,measured blood Hcy,ApoA,Hs CRP levels,analyzed correlation of various indicators of patients with coronary heart disease,evaluated the diagnostic value of various indicators and their combination for coronary heart disease. Results Blood Hcy and Hs CRP levels in AMI group,UAP group,and SAP group were higher than the healthy group,while blood ApoA level was lower than the healthy group (P<0.05). Blood Hcy and Hs CRP levels of the AMI group,UAP group,and SAP group gradually decreased,while blood ApoA level of the AMI group,UAP group,and SAP group gradually increased,with statistical significance (P<0.05). According to Pearson correlation analysis,there was positive correlation between blood Hcy and blood Hs CRP of patients with coronary heart disease (P<0.05),and negative correlation between blood Hcy,blood Hs CRP and blood ApoA (P<0.05). According to curve analysis,blood Hcy,ApoA,Hs CRP,and their combination had diagnostic value for coronary heart disease,and the diagnostic value of combined detection was better than blood Hcy,ApoA,Hs CRP (P<0.05). Conclusion There is difference in the expression of Hcy,ApoA,and Hs CRP in blood of patients with coronary heart disease,which is closely related. The above indicators has certain diagnostic value for coronary heart disease,and combined detection has higher diagnosis value and greater application value.
