Curative Effect Comparison of Different Hemostatic Schemes Under Endoscopy for Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Objective To evaluate and compare the curative effect of endoscopic titanium clips and endoscopic injection hemostasis on upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 80 patients with non varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding with hematemesis and black stools were selected for study, with confirmed diagnosis by gastroscopy. The paper divided them into groups randomly in equal proportions with ball touching. The two groups were treated with the same basic treatment, while the control group (40 cases) with endoscopic injection for hemostasis, and the observation group (40 cases) with endoscopic metal titanium clips for hemostasis. The hemostatic effect, blood routine indicators, and various recovery times were compared between two groups. Results Comparison of rebleeding rates between two groups showed (P>0.05). The immediate hemostasis rate and effective hemostasis rate in the control group was lower than the observation group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Comparison of RBC,Hb,and PLT between two groups before surgery showed (P>0.05). Compared with before operation,RBC,Hb,and PLT in two groups increased one week after surgery (P<0.05). One week after surgery, the RBC,Hb,and PLT in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Disappearance time of hematemesis, time of fecal occult blood conversing to negative, recovery time of bowel sounds, length of stay in the control group was longer than the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The hemostatic effect of endoscopic titanium clips is better than endoscopic injection hemostasis, can improve blood routine indicators and shorten recovery time further.
