Clinical Effect Observation of Carboprost Tromethamine on Uterine Atony During Cesarean Section Surgery
Objective To observe the clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine treatment on uterine atony during cesarean section. Methods The paper chose 100 patients with uterine atony during cesarean section in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 for study, and divided them into groups with random sampling. The control group was treated with oxytocin, and the observation group with carboprost tromethamine. Clinical effect was compared between two groups. Results Effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the other group, intraoperative and postoperative bleeding volume at 2 and 24 hours, incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the other group (P<0.05). Conclusion Carboplatin tromethamine is an effective drug for uterine atony during cesarean section, with good clinical effect and no significant side effect, which is worthy of widespread clinical application.
