Study on the Guiding Effect of Thromboelastography Combined with Coagulation Function Testing in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Patients
Objective To explore the guiding effect of thromboelastography combined with coagulation function testing in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The paper chose 50 patients with cerebral infarction in Guidong People's Hospital of Guangxi as the study group, and 50 healthy examinees in the hospital for physical examination during the same period as the control group randomly, with case collection period from January 2023 to October 2023. Coagulation function was evaluated with thromboelastography and routine coagulation test indicators, and test results were compared between two groups. Results Thrombin formation time and coagulation reaction time in the study group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05. The αangle, maximum thrombus amplitude and coagulation composite index of the study group were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05. The prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, and coagulation enzyme time of the study group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05. Fibrinogen in the study group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05. There was no significant difference in platelet counts between the study group and the control group,P>0.05. Conclusion Thromboelastography combined with coagulation function testing can achieve important guiding effect in treatment of cerebral infarction patients. Coagulation function status of patients can be accurately evaluated by combined detection, and more targeted treatment plans can be formulated, which is worthy of promotion.
