Application Effect Analysis of Lianhua Qingwen in Treatment of Patients with Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection and Fever
Objective To analyze the effect of Lianhua qingwen in treatment of patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection complicated with fever. Methods The paper chose 90 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection complicated with fever in our hospital from January to October 2023,and divided them into two groups according to different treatment schemes,treated with routine treatment scheme(45 cases in the control group) and routine+Lianhua Qingwen treatment scheme(45 cases in the observation group). Clinical symptom relief time,inflammatory factor levels,treatment effect,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The observation group had shorter time for relief of various clinical symptoms (P＜0.05). After treatment,levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and hs CRP in the observation group were lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher,(P＜0.05),there was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen treatment can improve clinical symptoms and inflammatory factor levels of patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection and fever in a short period of time,achieve ideal curative effect and high medication safety.
