Effect Analysis of Edaravone+Xuesaitong in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze the effect of edaravone+Xuesaitong in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods The paper chose 88 patients with cerebral infarction (from January 2022 to December 2022),and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly,with 44 cases in each group. Curative effect of edaravone and edaravone+Xuesaitong was compared and analyzed between two groups. Results Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45％ (42/44),which was higher than 79.55％ (35/44) in the control group (P=0.024). The NIHSS scores and MRS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,the Barthel index was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Xuesaitong based on edaravone can achieve excellent clinical effect for patients with cerebral infarction,can optimize neurological function and improve life quality further.
