Common Diagnosis and Treatment Methods of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding
Objective uterine bleeding. Methods The paper chose 106 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 for comparative analysis,and divided them into two groups evenly,diagnosed with detailed medical history inquiry,physical examination,gynecological ultrasound,blood test,and hormone level examination. The observation group was treated with drug treatment and painless curettage,while the control group with simple drug treatment. Satisfaction degree,treatment effect,and incidence of adverse events of patients after surgery was observed. Results Satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Curative effect of the observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Incidence of postoperative adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive treatment plan can achieve significant effect in diagnosis and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding,can control postoperative bleeding effectively,alleviate adverse symptoms and improve overall curative effect of patients by combining drug therapy with painless curettage,which has important clinical promotion value.
