Emergency Measures and Strategies of Optimized Emergency Rescue Process for Chest Pains Patients in the Emergency Department
Objective To explore the effect of optimized emergency rescue process for emergency chest pain patients deeply,to stabilize condition quickly and ensure life and health of patients. Methods The paper chose 108 patients with emergency chest pains in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 as research subjects. Patients and their families were fully informed of different emergency measures, and patients participated in two groups independently, namely the routine group (54 cases) and the optimized group (54 cases),treated with routine and optimized emergency measures respectively. Based on different emergency measures, various indicators between two groups were compared. Results Rescue time, treatment start time, length of stay in the routine group was worse than the optimized group. The success rate of rescue in the routine group was lower than the optimized group (P<0.05). Improvement effect of various indicators of physiological health, psychological health, physical health, and social function in the optimization group was higher, incidence of adverse reactions was 9.26% in the optimized group and in the routine group. Satisfaction degree of patients was 37% in the routine group, lower than in the optimized group (P<0.05). Conclusion During work of the emergency department, optimized emergency rescue process can effectively shorten rescue time, improve level and quality of emergency rescue of patients with chest pains, increase satisfaction degree of patients and family, promote good development of doctor-patient relationships, improve medical service level greatly, which can be widely promoted and applied.
