Application of Exploration Esketamine Combined with Rimazolen in Induction of General Anesthesia of Elderly Patients
Objective To explore the effect of esketamine combined with rimazolen in induction of general anesthesia of elderly patients. Methods The experiment chose 60 elderly patients with general anesthesia induction in our hospital from January 2023 to April 2023 as data analysis objects, and divided them into the control group and the observation group based on different anesthesia schemes, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with midazolam combined with propofol, while the observation group with esketamine combined with rimazolen. The hemodynamic indicators were compared between two groups, including heart rate (HR),systolic blood pressure (SBP),and diastolic blood pressure (DBP). Adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The hemodynamic indicators of HR,SBP,and DBP in two groups showed a trend of decreasing, then increasing. Those before and 3 minutes after intubation in the observation group were lower than the control group, the fluctuation amplitude of the observation group was lower than the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group, difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Combination of esketamine and rimazolen can achieve significant effect for elderly patients with general anesthesia induction, can stabilize hemodynamics with high safety, which is worthy of widespread promotion and application in clinical anesthesia induction schemes.
