Curative Effect Observation of Liver Refreshing Granules on Chronic Hepatitis B and Compensated Cirrhosis
Objective To explore curative effect of liver refreshing granules on patients with chronic hepatitis B and compensated cirrhosis. Methods The paper chose 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B and compensated cirrhosis in Nanjing City Luhe District People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 for study,and divided the participants into the study group and the general group with Excel table grouping method,with 40 cases in each group. The general group was treated with routine treatment,while the study group with liver refreshing granules. Curative effect,liver function,liver fibrosis,and incidence of adverse reactions was compared between two groups. Results Curative effect of the study group was higher than the general group (P＜0.05). Liver function levels of GOT,TBil,and GPT of the study group were lower than the general group (P＜0.05). Liver fibrosis levels of LN,HA,and Ⅳ-C of the study group were lower than the general group (P＜0.05). Comparison of adverse reactions between two groups showed P＞0.05. Conclusion Liver refreshing granules can improve curative effect of patients with chronic hepatitis B and compensatory cirrhosis,enhance liver function,reduce liver fibrosis with good safety,which is worthy of promotion.
