Effect Research of Ornithine Aspartate on Hbsag,HBV-DNA,and ALT Levels of Elderly Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ornithine aspartate on elderly patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and its effect on HBsAg,HBV-DNA,and ALT levels. Methods Select 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B treated in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023,and divide them into a control group (n=40) and an experimental group (n=40) based on factors such as age and disease duration. Among them, the control group and the observation group were given combined medication; In addition to conventional treatment with combination therapy, the experimental group was treated with ornithine aspartic acid. The control group was treated with placebo, and the differences in clinical signs and related inflammatory indicators between the two groups of patients were evaluated after 3 and 6 months of treatment. Results Cure rate of the experimental group was 92.5%,while that of the control group was 77.5%. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Normal rate of ALT,e antigen negative conversion rate, and HBV-DNA negative conversion rate after treatment was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ornithine aspartate treatment can improve blood ammonia and liver function of patients significantly, which can achieve good curative effect.
