Practice and Reflection on Standardized Training and Practical Teaching for Resident Physicians
Objective To analyze the effect of standardized training and practical teaching for resident physicians. Methods The paper chose 50 resident physicians in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into the experimental group and the reference group with double-blind method, with 25 cases in each group. The former was treated with standardized training and practical teaching, while the latter with routine training and teaching methods. The scores of physicians before and after teaching (theoretical knowledge, practical operation),self-directed learning ability scores (thinking ability,self-learning ability, scientific research ability, cooperation ability, expression ability),and teaching satisfaction degree were compared. Results Before teaching, there was no significant difference in grades of physicians,(P>0.05). After teaching, the experimental group had higher achievements,self-directed learning ability scores, and teaching satisfaction degree than the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized training can improve overall performance and enhance self-learning ability of resident physicians in practical training, which is worthy of promotion.
