Application Effect Observation of Emergency Nursing Pathway in Rescuing Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To investigate effective value of emergency nursing pathway in rescuing patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The paper carried out medical observation on 80patients with acute cerebral infarction rescued in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022,and divided them into two groups according to the numerical table method,including the basic nursing group and the emergency nursing group,treated with basic rescue scheme and the emergency nursing pathway rescue scheme respectively. The rescue effect was statistically analyzed,effect of emergency nursing pathway was evaluated. Results Based on average diagnosis time,triage time,hospital transfer time,rescue time,and total nursing time,rescue effect of the emergency nursing group was better than the basic nursing group,with P＜0.05. After nursing,the respiratory rate index,heart rate index,systolic blood pressure index,and diastolic blood pressure index of the emergency nursing group had greater changes than the basic nursing group,with a P＜0.05. Rescue success rate in the emergency nursing group was 90.0％ (16 cases with significant effect,20 cases of effective rescue,and 4 cases of ineffective rescue),higher than 77.5％ in the basic nursing group,with P＜0.05. Conclusion During process of rescuing patients with acute cerebral infarction,it is necessary to choose the emergency nursing pathway timely to reduce nursing time,adjust physical indicators,and ensure rescue success rate of patients,which should be promoted greatly.
