Objective To evaluate increase of self-discipline and care giving abilities of pregnant women during school education, and the potential effect under the situation. Methods The paper chose 100 full-term pregnant women with singleton pregnancies to be delivered in our hospital as research subjects, with time range from January 2019 to June 2023. 100 target subjects were randomly divided into two groups with simplified random table method, with 50 cases in each group. Expectant mothers in both groups were treated with different frequencies of learning, and the study group was treated with 3 or more sessions and the control group with less than 3 sessions. Their self-care abilities and final infant fate were evaluated. Results The experimental verified,self-care level of the subjects and health status of neonates in the study group was significantly higher than the control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion The feasibility and value of the experiment are considered as follows:with increase of participation in the course, health level of the subjects and health status of neonates may improve accordingly. Therefore, the feasibility and value of the experiment should be reasonably accepted.
