Effect of Mind Map Based Health Education on Rehabilitation and Life Quality of Patients with Uterine Fibroids
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of mind map based health education on rehabilitation and life quality of patients with uterine fibroids. Methods The paper chose 60 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from April 2021 to March 2023,and divided them into the control group and the experimental group randomly,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group with health education nursing intervention combined with mind map on the basis of the reference group. Life quality,self-care ability,mastery of relevant knowledge,and incidence of complications was compared between two groups. Results Comparative studies between groups found,life quality of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05). The self-care ability of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05). The mastery of relevant knowledge in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Mind mapping health education can help rapid recovery,improve life quality,reduce pains of patients with uterine fibroids,which is benefical for the healthy development of patients.
