Effect Research of Evidence-Based Nursing on Postoperative Complications and Stress Response of Ureteral Calculi Patients with Holmium Laser Lithotripsy
Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on postoperative complications and stress response of ureteral calculi patients with holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods The paper chose 140 ureteral calculi patients with holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital from September 2021 to January 2023 as study subjects. The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group with evidence-based nursing. The stress response indicators and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results After treatment,the MDA and Cor indexes of the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the SOD was higher than the control group,P＜0.05. Incidence rate of postoperative complications of the experimental group was lower than the control group,P＜0.05. Satisfaction degree of in the experimental group was higher than the control group,P＜0.05. The first feeding time,first exhaust time,and average length of stay of the experimental group was shorter than the control group,P＜0.05. Improvement level of anxiety and depression in the experimental group after nursing was better than the control group,P＜0.05. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively improve stress response,reduce incidence of complications,ensure treatment safety of ureteral calculi patients with holmium laser lithotripsy,which plays an active role in holmium laser surgery of ureteral calculi patients.
