Objective To explore the application effect of multi role positioning service intervention model in regular physical examinations of elderly patients with chronic diseases. Methods The paper chose 126 elderly patients with chronic diseases with regular physical examinations in our hospital from February 2022 to May 2023,and divided them into the experimental group and the reference group randomly. The reference group was treated with routine nursing interventions, while the experimental group with multi role positioning service intervention model. Physical examination results indicators, risk perception indicators and self-effect scores before and after intervention were compared between two groups,Satisfaction degree with the physical examination was evaluated. Results Physical examination time of the experimental group was shorter than the reference group, efficiency and reliability of the physical examination was higher than the reference group (t=19.497,3.521,11.650,P<0.05). After intervention, physical diagnosis and treatment risks, social psychological risks, and economic risk scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than the reference group (P<0.05). After intervention, the self-effect scores of symptom management and disease commonality management in the experimental group were higher than the reference group (P<0.05). Satisfaction degree of the experimental group with communication, service etiquette and attitude, proactive guidance and health education during physical examinations was higher than the reference group (t=8.763,6.281,9.821,7.234,P<0.05). Conclusion The multi role positioning service intervention model can improve the physical examination effect of elderly chronic disease patients, improve risk perception indicators, enhance self-effect and physical examination satisfaction degree of patients, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
