Application Value Evaluation of Psychological Nursing for Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the application value of psychological nursing for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods The paper chose 100 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 as experimental subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group with psychological nursing on the basis. Effect between two groups Was compared. Results The scores of the observation group after nursing were significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05). The blood gas indicators in the observation group after nursing were clearly better than the control group (P＜0.05). Satisfaction degree of the observation group (98.88％) was significantly higher than the control group (74.00％) (P＜0.05). Conclusion During nursing process of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,psychological nursing can alleviate negative emotions,further improve satisfaction degree of patients with good application value,which is worthy of promotion and application.
