Objective To explore the effect of nursing interventions for patients with subacute thyroiditis. Methods The study period was from August 2022 to August 2023,the paper chose 92 patients with subacute thyroiditis in the endocrinology department of our hospital during the period,and divided them into two groups with different nursing interventions. The control groups was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group with comprehensive nursing. Symptom relief time,psychological state,life quality,and complications were compared between two groups after nursing intervention. Results Relief time of neck pains,fever and other symptoms in the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group (P＜0.05). The psychological scores of depression and anxiety in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group;and life quality scores were significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Incidence of complications was significantly lower in the experimental group (4.35％) than the control group (19.57％) (P＜0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve psychological state,enhance life quality,promote symptom relief,and reduce complications incidence of subacute thyroiditis,which has high promotion value in clinical practice.
