Influence of the Whole Course Health Education Model on Clinical Effect and Compliance of Patients with Diabetes
Objective To explore the influence of the whole course health education model on clinical effect and compliance of patients with diabetes. Methods The paper chose 150 inpatients with diabetes in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 for research,and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly according to the computer grouping method,with 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group with routine nursing mode combined with whole course health education. The scores of health education awareness,life quality and self-management ability of patients were compared,compliance and glucose metabolism related indicators were observed between two groups. Results Comparison between two groups showed,health education awareness,life quality,and self-management ability scores in the control group was significantly lower than the observation group (P<0.05). The exercise compliance rate of the control group was significantly lower than the observation group,and life quality scores were significantly lower than the observation group (P<0.05). After nursing,indicators of two groups were significantly improved,those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The whole course health education model can improve compliance and self-management ability of patients during diabetes nursing,can improve life quality,control blood glucose indicators of patients tt the same time,which is worthy of widespread clinical application.
