Holistic Nursing Intervention Research on Patients With Diabetes Retinopathy After Vitrectomy
Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with diabetes retinopathy after vitrectomy. Methods The paper chose 66 patients with diabetes retinopathy in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023,treated with vitrectomy,and divided them into the routine group (treated with routine nursing) and the holistic group (with holistic nursing) randomly. Nursing effect between two groups was compared. Results There was significant difference in blood glucose and visual acuity levels between two groups (P＜0.05),those of the holistic group were better,with statistical significance. Compliance rate of the holistic group was higher than the routine group,and incidence of postoperative complications was lower than the routine group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05). There was difference in postoperative CfaVIQ scores between two groups,and the holistic group had higher scores (P＜0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing can achieve high application value for diabetes retinopathy patients with vitrectomy,can improve blood glucose index,vision level,life quality of patients and cooperation degree,and reduce risks of postoperative complications of patients.
