摘要
针对陆军部队装备保障集成训练评估理论较少、评估方法不具体等问题,以全程评估思想为指导,通过引入基于CIPP评价模式,对集成训练的条件准备、体系构建、资源配置和保障能力实施跟进性全面评估,将设计性改进、形成性改进和结果性改进相结合,从而克服了以往只针对结果进行的一次性总体评估与改进,继而不能形成常态机制的局限.
Abstract
Since the current problems in equipment support integrated training of Army are the lacking of evaluation theories and specific evaluation method.This paper, guided by the theory of full-process evaluation, introduces a CIPP-based evaluation model, and conducts comprehensive evaluations on conditional preparations, system buildings, resource allocations and support abilities of the integrated training.Then, it combines the improvements in designs, formations and results so as to overcome the problem featuring one time overall evaluation and improvement which can not become normal mechanism.
