摘要
训练是美军太空力量战斗力生成的重要途径之一,已经形成了一套完整的机制.针对美军太空力量的训练目标、领导机构、训练内容3个方面的理论与实践问题,采用系统分析法,在分析美军太空力量训练现状的基础上,系统梳理了其陆、海、空所属太空力量训练的内容和方法,研究了美军太空力量训练的理论和方法,归纳提炼了美军太空力量作战训练的特点.美军以实战能力为目标,通过专业性演习、作战试验、联合训练等形式,对单个人员和太空力量进行全面施训,并通过实战锤炼完善了太空作战理论,加速了太空力量建设.
Abstract
Training is one of important approaches to enhance the space power of the U.S.army.So far it has formed a complete mechanism.To study training objectives, leading bodies and training content of U.S.space forces both in theory and practice, based on the analysis on the status quo of U.S.space force training, this paper systematically analyzes the contents and methods of space force training in U.S.army, navy and air force, discusses the theory and method of space force training of U.S.army and concludes relevant characteristics.The study finds that, taking the goal of enhancing combat capability, through professional exercises, operational tests, joint training and other forms, the U.S.army provides comprehensive training for individuals and space forces and perfect space combat theory in actual combats so as to speed up the construction of space force.
