高空平台通信系统中的小区切换技术综述

同温层强风导致的高空平台准静止状态严重影响通信系统性能,对切换技术提出了更高的要求.分析了高空平台通信系统切换问题,从切换判决算法和接入控制策略2个研究方向,详细讨论了当前准静止状态高空平台通信系统切换技术的研究现状.针对判决切换算法,总结了传统切换算法与智能切换算法的特点及存在的不足.针对接入控制策略,分析了现有算法对平台准静止状态的适应性.最后,对高空平台通信系统切换技术的发展方向进行了展望.
Overview of Cell Handover Technique in High Altitude Platform Communication System
The quasi-stationary state of high-altitude platform caused by strong winds in the stratosphere has severe impact on the performance of the communication system, and puts forward higher requirements for the handover technique.This paper analyzes the handover problem of the high altitude platform communication system.In two research directions of switching decision algorithm and access control strategy, the paper discusses current studies on the quasi-static high-altitude platform communication system handover technology in detail.As to handoff algorithm, the paper concludes the characteristics and deficiencies of conventional algorithm and intelligent handoff algorithm.With regard to access control strategy, the paper analyzes the adaptability of the existing algorithm to the quasi-stationary state of the platform.In the end, the paper forecasts the development direction of high-altitude platform communication system handover technology.
