Practices and Inspirations: Resource Management of US Army
After years of explorations and practices,the US Army has accumulated a lot of experience in resource management so as to form relatively perfect organization institutions and mature management ideas and methods.Its practices in strengthening the centralized management of resources,highlighting the demand-driven optimization of the resource allocation,using horizontal synthetic organizations to resolve the resource distribution conflicts and relying on information media and performance evaluation to provide management effectiveness,can be used for reference in the resource management of the PLA.Our army should also adhere to the planning-oriented resource allocation,performance evaluation from beginning to end,effective support with information technology and reliable guarantee by regulatory system so as to raise the comprehensive benefits of management.
