我军装备价格人员职业资格制度构建

分析了当前我军装备价格队伍建设中存在的岗位门槛低、结构不合理、培训体系不完备、激励机制不完善的问题,阐述了新形势下装备全寿命价格管理理念不断强化、定价形式多样、机制创新等特点及其对价格人员的要求.在此基础上,提出了构建装备价格从业资格和职业水平评价类两种资格制度,建立相应的职业资格标准,以及加强职业资格管理和建立培训体系的基本设想.
Reflections on Building the Professional Qualification System of the Equipment Price Personnel
This paper analyzes the problems such as low threshold,unreasonable structure,incomplete training system and imperfect mechanism in the construction of our military equipment price team,illustrates the features of life cycle price management of equipment in the new situation,like increasing reinforcement of management concepts,various pricing forms and innovative mechanisms,as well as requirements on the price personnel.Then,the paper puts forward some basic assumptions,i.e.to build the equipment price qualification system and the professional level evaluation system,set up the corresponding professional qualification standards,strengthen the professional qualification management,and to establish the relevant training system.
