The test evaluation model,the integrated test and the test conditions are the basic issues dealt with in the test and evaluation research,and there are different understandings of them.This paper makes a comparative study of the related problems in the context of the American test and evaluation system,and points out that the formulation of "determining the life with one single test" is a conclusion made in a specific stage and from a specific perspective that does not correctly reflect the status quo of our country's test and evaluation system.The core of integrated tests is data and the key lies in management.The integration of data in various stages is only one of the very important integrated test methods.Performance test emphasizes the controllability of test conditions,and oper ationtest stresses the knowability of the test conditions not under control.Controllability of test conditions is one of the important indicators to differentiate performance test and operation test.
