To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of a patient with Berry syndrome.According to the young age and critical condition of the patient,active nutritional support was taken to achieve the required weight for surgery as soon as possible,the stability of circulation was maintained to ensure the continuous opening of the ductus arteriosus,and the strict volume management was used to reduce pulmonary hypertension.After operation,nursing interventions such as nursing of delayed chest closure,respiratory function support,complications management,and discharge health education were taken for the child with complex surgery and critical condition.After careful nursing,the patient was discharged smoothly.After more than 1 month of follow-up after discharge,the patient's cardiac function recovered well.
